Why independence matters

We are not brokers and we do not earn a commission on your sale. That means the figure we give you is the figure we believe is right — the same number whether it helps or hurts a deal. Buyers, banks and courts weight an independent valuation far more heavily than one from a party with a stake in the price.

How we work

Every valuation follows the framework set out in how valuations work: normalised earnings, market multiples, cross-checks against gross fees and comparable sales, and a documented report you can hand to the other side of the table.
