What is your dental practice worth?
Most Australian dental practices are worth about 3 to 5 times adjusted EBITDA — usually somewhere between 60% and 90% of annual gross fees. Where yours lands depends on how much of the profit survives without you. We value dental and healthcare practices independently, Australia-wide, for sales, purchases, family-law settlements, ATO matters and partnership changes.

Why us
A valuation you can defend — to a buyer, a bank, a court, or the ATO
Genuinely independent
We're valuers, not brokers. We don't earn a commission on your sale, so the figure we give you is the one we believe is right — the same number whether it helps a deal or not.
Dental-specialised
A dental practice isn't valued like a generic business. We understand associate and hygiene revenue, owner reliance, chair utilisation and the things that actually move your multiple.
Australia-wide
Metropolitan and regional practices in every state and territory, valued against local market conditions.

Common questions
How is a dental practice valued in Australia?
Primarily by capitalising adjusted EBITDA — your profit after normalising for a market-rate owner wage — at a multiple of roughly 3 to 5 times, cross-checked against a percentage of gross fees and comparable sales.
What is a dental valuation?
An independent assessment of what a dental practice is worth at a point in time, prepared for a specific purpose and documented so that a buyer, a bank, a court or the ATO can rely on it. Because we do not broker sales, the figure is not influenced by a commission on a transaction.
How long does a valuation take?
A formal report is typically prepared within [TODO: turnaround, e.g. 5–10 business days] of receiving complete information; a desktop valuation is faster.
Do you also sell practices?
No — and that's deliberate. We are independent valuers only, with no stake in your sale price, which is exactly what buyers, banks and courts weight most.
