Dental practice valuation cost

A dental practice valuation in Australia typically costs [TODO: $X–$Y], depending on the purpose and how much scrutiny the report needs to withstand. A desktop estimate is the lowest tier; a formal report for family-law, ATO or finance purposes is the most involved. Unlike most valuers, we publish our fees — because independence should start with no surprises.

What changes the price

  • Purpose — a court-ready or ATO-compliant report requires more rigour than a planning estimate.
  • Size & complexity — multi-site practices, multiple entities, or associates in place.
  • Urgency — expedited turnarounds where available.

What's included

Every formal valuation includes a written report setting out the valuation conclusion, the basis of value and valuation date, the methodology and multiple applied, the normalisation adjustments to earnings, the treatment of goodwill and tangible assets, and the key assumptions and limiting conditions — together with a statement of our independence. Purpose-specific reports also comply with the relevant standard or code — for example, the applicable expert-witness code of conduct for court matters, or market-value substantiation for ATO purposes.

Why we publish our fees

Most valuers hide pricing behind "contact us for a quote." We don't. As independent valuers with no stake in your sale, clear upfront pricing is part of the same principle: you should know exactly what you're getting, and what it costs, before you commit.
